Let us tell you about the opportunity: Our Broker Support Team plays a key role in managing inbound queries from brokers and solicitors throughout the post-application and post-offer mortgage process. We are looking for individuals with proven telephone experience, a positive and professional attitude, and the ability to handle challenging objections with confidence while maintaining strong relationships. In this role, you'll be focused on telephony support, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress as you gain experience.
