An award-winning Construction Consultancy, just a short walk from Southwark Station, is looking for a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Residential team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

This is more than just a job-it’s a real chance to leave your mark on London’s skyline. You’ll join a dynamic, growing team of 180 professionals (recently moved into sleek new offices), where 85 specialists focus purely on Residential work.

Expect high-impact projects-high-rise towers, luxury hotels, major refurbishments, and student living schemes. You’ll gain exposure to exciting, complex developments and fast-track your experience in a collaborative, supportive team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification & MRICS

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
• A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion (pre & post contract)

• Strong Residential sector experience (high-rise is highly desirable)
