Project Quantity Surveyor - SHDF Net Zero Retrofit Projects

* Location: CB6 & wider Cambridgeshire area

* Salary: Up to £62,000 + package

* Project Value: £4m+ (initial), increasing to £8m+ in 26/27

* Scope of Works: SHDF - EWI, PV or ASHP installation to occupied properties.

Role

We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work with a Leading Property Services company. Together we are seeking an experienced and highly driven Project Quantity Surveyor to lead the on-site delivery of a high-profile Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) programme in Cambridgeshire, focused on external wall insulation (EWI), photovoltaic (PV) systems, and air source heat pump (ASHP) installations to occupied homes.

This is a flagship £4m project in the CB6 postcode area, forming the first phase of a larger retrofit programme forecast to grow to over £8m in 2026/27.
