Overview

A leading engineering contractor that operates globally and specialises in building critical infrastructure in the Data Centre sector is seeking a Project Quality Manager to join their team on a hyperscale Data Centre project in Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities

• You will provide your expertise in developing and managing the implementation of the Construction Quality Management Program and ensure the Client's Quality Assurance Program is aligned as outlined in the Project Manual and supporting documents.
• Implementation of the Project Benchmark / First of Kind program.
• Attend Construction weekly meetings and lead the Quality Meeting with Sub-Contractors.
• Verify that the project's Quality team is implementing the key elements of their Quality Plan, such as checking installation works, checking Sub-Contractor compliance to the ITPs and uploading of Quality records and Test documentation to BIM 360.
• Conduct Failure Investigations.
• Develop weekly publication of Quality Dashboard Report.
• Ensure all Contractor and Subcontractor personnel have received the Site Quality Induction.
• Responsible for the implementation of the Walkdown procedure as per the agreed project procedure.

Requirements

• Experience of working on complex projects.
• Able to join the team on a live dynamic project.
• Experience operating at a Quality Manager level or able to step up into that role.
