Project Manager - Structural Steel
Location: Bournemouth (office-based) + South-based sites
Salary: Up to £70,000 + vehicle + benefits

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of structural steel projects from start to finish.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and schedules, ensuring targets are achieved.
  • Lead site teams and liaise with clients, engineers, and contractors.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards.
  • Resolve challenges efficiently and maintain progress on site.
  • Report project updates to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in structural steel project management.
  • Black CSCS Card is essential.
  • Appointed Person (AP) ticket desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance within steelwork.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
