Overview

We are seeking experienced Project Managers with a strong background in Oracle Retail implementations to join Expleo.

This client-facing role will lead end-to-end Oracle Retail projects, including system integration, data migration, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing Oracle Retail delivery programmes, working across Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Oracle Retail implementation projects, ensuring alignment with programme goals and client expectations.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans specific to Oracle Retail modules and integrations.
  • Manage RAID logs with a focus on Oracle Retail risks and dependencies.
  • Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of Oracle Retail solutions.
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on Oracle Retail project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure quality standards are met across Oracle Retail deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or MAPM are desirable.

Essential skills
  • Proven experience in Oracle Retail implementations and integrations, ideally within the fashion retail domain.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and ability to lead Oracle Retail system and data integrations.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project and collaboration tools.
Experience
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale Oracle Retail projects, including system development, infrastructure, and data migration.
  • Experience in managing business process transformation and organisational change within Oracle Retail programmes.
  • Strong track record of delivering Oracle Retail solutions across multiple industries, with a focus on retail sector.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in Oracle Retail deployments.
What do I need before I apply
  • You will be expected to be on-site with clients in the South East of England1 - 2 days per week or as the programme requires.
