Project Manager - Retail Transformation

Location: Cardiff / Remote / Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + car allowance + bonus + private healthcare + pension + 25 days holiday + perks

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to support and deliver retail installation and transformation projects. You will work closely with an Account Manager and onsite teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver retail installation and transformation projects for major retail clients
  • Support the Account Manager in building strong client relationships
  • Produce phasing plans, RAMS, and oversee store scoping and onsite delivery
  • Report accurately and on time to stakeholders across multiple projects
  • Work with the Logistics team to forecast resource, recruitment and training needs
  • Support management of internal and external project teams
About You
  • Experienced in managing field‑based project teams
  • Project management experience or qualification
  • Strong leadership, communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Excellent problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
  • Flexible mindset with willingness to travel and work away when required
  • Strong understanding of health & safety requirements
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Desirable: retail experience, retail equipment knowledge, PM/leadership qualifications.
