Overview

An exciting opportunity to join the Sussex Pathology Network Transformation Programme Team. The role provides project management leadership within the Sussex Pathology Network to support the delivery of the overall vision and objectives across the Network. The postholder will oversee designated projects across the Sussex Pathology Network and be responsible for the day-to-day planning and delivery of the projects. The postholder will play a key role in the ongoing development of the Programme and Network, and will lead collaboration with internal and external partners to deliver communications across organisational boundaries and the designated projects.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects on time, to budget and to agreed quality standards, supporting customer business needs.
  • Manage multistranded projects using PRINCE2 methodology, with robust risk management and financial control throughout.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate all project activities in accordance with customer needs, supplier capability and relevant standards and requirements.
  • Foster collaboration with clinical, operational, corporate and external teams across the local health and care system.
