• Proven project management experience in larger scale construction projects.
• Experience in rainscreen cladding would be desirable
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations.
• Budgeting and scheduling expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, Primavera (or similar).
