Overview

Project Manager - AV / LED Installations

Location: Basingstoke (UK travel + occasional EU travel)

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in AV or LED display solutions. You'll oversee the full project lifecycle — from planning and coordination through to installation and client handover. This is a client-facing role, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple AV/LED installation projects across the UK and Europe.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Act as primary client contact, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and logistics.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance, RAMS, and site standards are followed.
  • Deliver project handovers, documentation, and reports.
Requirements
  • 5+ years\' experience managing technical installation projects (AV/LED preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of AV/LED systems, networking, and large-format displays.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Financial awareness for project budgets/forecasts.
  • Full UK driving licence + willingness to travel.
Desirable
  • Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, APM)
  • H&S/site certifications
  • Knowledge of LED brands (Absen, AOTO, LG, Samsung, Unilumin)
