Summary

The Project Manager has responsibility to complete projects within budget, schedule and of the quality outlined in the construction documents while maintaining Client satisfaction.

Essential Functions

• Main contact with Client during Pre-construction and Construction phases of project
• Review and approve subcontracts and purchase orders
• Prepare and update project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project
• Price, submit, record, and track all Owner and Subcontractor Change Order Requests.
• Prepare monthly Gross Profit and Status Reports for projects
• Lead Client and Subcontractor Coordination Meetings
• Coordinate with Field Superintendent on site activities
• Maintain Logs for distribution at Progress Meetings
• Prepare Client Invoices
• Review Subcontractor Payment Applications
• Prepare Monthly Project Reports as required by Client
