Job description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager with strong buildings delivery experience, including structural, building envelope, and MEP coordination, to support the delivery of complex projects from design through construction and handover.

The role will focus on managing the technical and delivery interfaces between civil, structural, architectural, faade, and MEP scopes, ensuring works are fully coordinated, buildable, and delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of building projects, from early design coordination through construction, commissioning, and close-out
• Oversee civil and structural works including enabling works, foundations, substructure, superstructure, and temporary works
• Manage and coordinate building envelope packages such as faades, cladding, glazing, roofing, and waterproofing systems
• Lead coordination of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, and ELV), ensuring effective integration with structure, faade, ceilings, and finishes
