Qualifications

  • Eligibility to pass MoD security vetting.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Eligibility to work and live in the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate projects from inception to completion.
  • Scheduling, cost planning and budgeting of projects.
  • Overseeing on-site operations, leading and coordinating the on-site teams.
  • Ensuring quality standards and health and safety standards are met.
  • Communicating between site workers, line management and key stakeholders on the progress and status of the projects.
Professional qualifications
  • Proven experience in a Project Management role in the construction industry with projects valued up to £10mil+.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC3 and JCT contract administration.
  • Relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM or equivalent.
  • Experience on projects within the pharmaceutical industry or restricted/ highly regulated industries.
  • Eligibility to pass MoD security vetting.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Eligibility to work and live in the UK.
