You will act as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring that all project activities are aligned with client needs and organisational objectives.

Note this is a hybrid role with the requirement to spend a minimum of one day per week working from our Coventry office.
Key Responsibilities
Customer-Centric Project Delivery
- Lead project teams to deliver solutions that directly address customer requirements, ensuring outcomes are aligned with client business objectives and expectations. Act as the “voice of the client” within the project team, translating customer goals into actionable plans and deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement & Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Facilitate clear, proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle, manage expectations, and ensure all parties are informed of progress, risks, and changes.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set realistic timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets. Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within agreed parameters.
Governance, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all projects adhere to internal governance frameworks, industry best practices, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate documentation, provide regular status updates, and prepare reports for clients and senior management.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, communicate, and resolve project risks and issues in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Develop contingency plans and ensure transparency in all risk-related matters.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Inspire and guide project teams, delegate responsibilities, and foster a collaborative environment. Mentor team members and encourage continuous improvement in project delivery and customer engagement.
Continuous Improvement
- Reflect on project activities and stakeholder feedback to drive ongoing improvements in processes, tools, and customer engagement strategies.
Standards
You will collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure consistency in project delivery standards, alignment with organizational methodologies, and to leverage best practices across all engagements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven ability to lead and motivate virtual teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes in an MSP or CSP environment.
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in IT/Technology-centric organisations, with at least 5 years in project management roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects within a PMO or consulting context, preferably for managed or cloud services.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Monday.com)
- Experience of MSP tooling such as IT Glue, Datto RMM, HaloPSA is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire diverse stakeholders.
