Job summary

A leading electrical contractor in Northern Ireland is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects. You will manage project delivery from tender to handover, handling full P&L accountability with an experienced team. Candidates should have project management experience in electrical or heavy industrial sectors, strong leadership skills, and commercial acumen. This role offers a competitive salary and regular site travel across the UK and Ireland.

Overview

Project Manager

Location – Cookstown, Co. Tyrone (regular site travel across UK & Ireland)
Salary – £50,000 - £60,000

Talent Curve is working with a turnkey electrical contractor that specialises in large-scale water, waste and renewable projects from tender to handover. You’ll own project delivery end-to-end.

The role – you’ll be responsible for scope, programme, people, subcontractors and profit. Full P&L accountability on your projects, with support from an experienced office team and design function.

What you’ll be doing –

  • Run projects from award to completion – programme, cost control, resource planning.
  • Lead internal teams – design, procurement, site crews – and manage subcontractors.
  • Drive H&S, QA and client liaison to keep the job smooth.
  • Manage contract change, commercial risks and client expectations.

About you

  • Project management in electrical/MEP or heavy industrial sectors.
  • Strong commercial sense – you understand margin, claims and variations.
  • Confident leader – you manage people and contractors well.
  • Experience with MS Project/Primavera or similar.
