Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Project Manager in Chippenham for a refurbishment project starting in February 2019. The project will involve works on an agricultural livestock building, requiring skills in CDM, asbestos stripping, cladding, and concrete. Candidates must possess a CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid certification, and main contractor experience. This role involves leading the project from both the client and main contractor side. References will be required.

Qualifications

• Strong CDM experience required.
• Must hold a valid CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certification and First Aid training are necessary.
• Experience working as a main contractor is essential.

Currently been approached by a new client for a Project Manager in the Chippenham area for a new project to start in Feb 2019.

The Project will include refurbishment of an agricultural livestock building, approx 4 months work. Works include stripping asbestos, cladding, concrete works etc.

Candidates Must have the following

• CDM experience
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS / First Aid
• Main Contractor Experience

You will be leading this project from a Client / Main Contractor side.
