Group is dynamic and fast paced, with a focus on hiring for personality, drive and energy.

The group has seen turnover and profitability grow over the last 3 years, currently at £64 million with a goal of £100 million. The company holds strong cash reserves and strategic positions, with long term frameworks and front-end client engagement due to insights, market knowledge, latest technology and certification. Based from Edinburgh in a satellite office, you will handle Scotland, travel to meet new clients, manage existing projects and close out tasks as they arise.

Responsibilities
  • Meet & Greet – Business Development
  • Handling commercial & contract performance
  • Letting of contracts
  • Ensuring budget, quality and program meet client's needs
  • Snagging, handover and successful final account
  • Manage A-Z of projects to limit risk on assignments ranging from £100k to £6 million
  • Lead lean teams, make quick and decisive decisions to support project success
  • Take ownership of on-site risks and issues through skilled management and awareness of personnel
  • Provide client-facing leadership with the ability to win and influence
Candidate Criteria
  • Able to think on your feet and multi-task
  • Confident and client facing
  • Experience handling P&L and letting sub-contracts
  • Minimum 5 years delivering on site
  • Strong communication skills (soft and hard) to win over and influence
