Project Coordinator

6 Month Fixed Term Contract £40,000–£45,000 per annum (pro rata) Location: London

My client is entering an exciting transformation phase — simplifying how they work, consolidating contracts, and strengthening supplier relationships to build a more sustainable, efficient future. To support this journey, we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our central teams across technology, finance, people, and marketing.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering strategic and operational initiatives. You’ll coordinate workstreams, manage project documentation, track progress, and support stakeholder engagement. You’ll also provide light-touch support to senior leadership, helping to keep priorities aligned and projects on track.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate and track progress across multiple project workstreams
