Main Duties
  • Carry out onboarding calls to gather customer requirements for phone systems
  • Set up customer phone lines and broadband within agreed targets and SLAs
  • Record, categorise, and prioritise customer support tickets
  • Liaise with sales teams, colleagues, and distributors to resolve any order issues
  • Provide assistance to customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Arrange and coordinate site surveys and installations
  • Keep clear communication with managers, team members, and other departments
  • Offer support across the Hosted & Connectivity team when required
About You

Experience & Knowledge

  • 1+ year in a customer service role (telecoms background is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Familiar with CRM systems and Outlook 365
  • Able to multitask and manage workload effectively
