About the Project Administrator role

Supporting the delivery of our Home Team 27 initiative, you will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Project Manager and other stakeholders. This will involve taking a hands‑on approach to everything from scheduling meetings to updating documentation, monitoring budgets and timelines, resolving queries, liaising with contractors and assisting with procurement, contract management and invoice processing. At all times, you will carefully balance conflicting priorities against inflexible deadlines, so you will require exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Hours: Full‑time, 37 hours per week.

About you

As an experienced and capable administrator, you will bring a good understanding of programme lifecycles and familiarity with office software including the Microsoft Office suite and project management tools like MS Project, Trello and Asana. In particular, you should be adept at taking minutes, preparing reports and maintaining documentation and confident in engaging with both colleagues and contractors. Finally, familiarity with the housing sector would be useful, as would a formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Foundation or CAPM and some knowledge of risk management or compliance processes.
