About the Opportunity

In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival Corporation, we are seeking a HR Project and Change Manager to bring fresh insights and expertise to our Global HR department. The Project & Change Manager (HR Project and Change Manager) will be responsible for planning and executing our Global Grading Phase 2 Project from the start of the communication phase to implementation, including stakeholder engagement, resource allocation and delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Managing end-to-end delivery of complex internal projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Defining project scope, creating detailed plans, and coordinating resources to achieve objectives.
  • Tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies, providing clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Leading communication and engagement across teams, acting as the link between management and project teams.
  • Driving accountability and successful execution of key initiatives while adhering to corporate standards.
Requirements
  • Project management expertise (planning, tracking, reporting)
