Our client, a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy are seeking a talented Project Architect to join their expanding team in Abingdon. The successful Project Architect will be working in a range of different sectors such as Public Sector, Residential, Healthcare, Education and Remediation projects. Typical values of projects range from about £1m to £20m. They are offering a competitive starting salary of up to £45,000 plus a plethora of benefits such as bonuses, training / support, hybrid working, lifestyle benefits, excellent holiday and much more. Our client has over 40 years' experience working with a variety of clients within the UK. Project Architect Job Overview

Play a key role in Project Delivery. Assess the needs of a client it's users while agreeing the project brief. Produce and evaluate Feasibility studies. Prepare and present design proposals. Ensure that the technical and design requirements of a project are met.

Project Architect Job Requirements

• Live within a commutable distance of Abingdon
• ARB Registered Architect
• Driving Licence
• Good knowledge of Revit (Extra training can be given) BIM knowledge also advantageous
• An established skill of maintaining excellent client relationships
• Driving license / access to a car
• Good detailing skills / Good knowledge of Technical Design
