Our client specialises in city, London commercial schemes. Each design unique to their clients brief, offering a broad portfolio of new build, refurbishment, heritage and retro-fit projects.

Planning Recruitment has been appointed to source a Talented Architect with a strong passion & understanding for the nuts and bolts of delivering a project to completion.

The successful candidate will kick their career off with this client leading a large commercial refurbishment scheme in the City from stage 3 to completion.

The key competencies required for this position are:

• ARB / RIBA Architect
• Proven background delivering commercial schemes is highly desirable.
• Design, technical detailing, job running, and site experience.
• Revit proficient.
