Job description
Overview

The post holder will work as part of the Digital and Workforce Productivity Solutions (DWPS) team to support the number of programmes and projects, working with partners to improve outcomes and the design of process and technical solutions, with the aim of addressing improved service delivery, performance and transformation for NWSSP and wider NHS in Wales.

The post holder, working with the Digital Workforce Project Manager will support the maintenance and oversight of the various programme and project groups and subgroups by providing high quality administrative support (organizing meetings, minute taking etc).

This post will be responsible for the day-to-day administration for the DWPS Team and will be the first point of contact for service users and stakeholders for the DWPS Team providing advice and resolution of basic and complex queries.

The post holder will as first point of contact, be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the DWPS Team.

They will provide support to the Programme and Project Managers within DWPS and the wider team, including coordinating high profile meetings with stakeholders. Develop agendas and papers, project plan documentation, maintaining action logs and risk registers and project communications.

  • Maintain a fast-paced, professional working environment with a diverse workload and tight deadlines; demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills; work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications and skills
  • Proven administrative and project support experience; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to liaise with a spectrum of stakeholders.
  • The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
