A leading national cycling organization is seeking a Programmes Lead to develop and implement inclusive participation programmes for women and girls. The role involves influencing strategy, managing projects, and removing barriers to cycling. Candidates should have experience in programme management and a passion for promoting physical activity among underrepresented audiences. This position offers a competitive salary, generous holidays, and hybrid working options.
Role Title: Programmes Lead - Women and Girls
Salary: Up to £37,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: National Cycling Centre, Manchester
Working pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours (occasional evening and weekend work may be required)
Start Date: As soon as possible

We’re looking for a Programmes Lead to help influence our strategy and drive programmes in this vital area for British Cycling.
You’ll be developing programmes, influencing strategy and working with a vast array of stakeholders (both internal and external).
In a nutshell, you’ll be strategic, work well with others and be brilliant at turning ideas into action.
