Job Description

Job Title: Programmes Coordinator

At Global, we think big, work hard, and never stand still. We’re the proud home of the best media and entertainment, driven by our talented and passionate people. Our mission? To make everyone’s day brighter— our Globallers, our audiences, our partners, and our communities. Whether we’re in the studio, building world-class technology, or securing record Outdoor advertising partnerships, we make sure we’re doing it as a team.

Your New Role

As Programmes Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of Global Outdoor’s capital and operational programmes. This is more than an admin role—you’ll help shape how our PMO operates as we grow, bringing ideas, improving processes, and ensuring governance and reporting are best-in-class.

We’re embracing AI and automation to work smarter, so you’ll have the opportunity to leverage new tools for reporting, documentation, and meeting outputs—helping us deliver faster and more efficiently. If you’re proactive, tech-savvy, and thrive on making an impact with minimal supervision, this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Global Outdoor Executive team, Operations leadership, and Transformation Programme Directors, giving you visibility and influence across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain programme documentation, including risk, issue, and change control logs.

  • Prepare and distribute governance outputs such as action registers, escalation logs, and weekly progress reports.

  • Support the production of dashboards and steering committee packs for senior stakeholders.

  • Use AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting and documentation processes.

Planning & Tracking

  • Assist Project Managers in monitoring deliverables and tracking progress against milestones.

  • Maintain and update trackers, registers, and PMO tools to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

Communication & Meetings

  • Coordinate governance forums and working groups, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and high-quality minute-taking.

  • Distribute meeting outputs within agreed timeframes and follow up on actions.

  • Adopt AI solutions for summarising meetings and producing structured outputs.

PMO Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain PMO templates, guides, and SharePoint repositories.

  • Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and implement changes that enhance efficiency and reporting quality

What You’ll Love About This Role

1. Think Big: Shaping the future of Outdoor advertising by supporting programmes that deliver iconic digital screens and innovative formats across the UK.

2. Own It: Working in a cross-functional role with visibility across senior leadership and the chance to influence how the PMO evolves.

3. Keep It Simple: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your ideas matter.

4. Better Together: Join a supportive, collaborative team that values innovation and results.

What Success Looks Like

  • Delivered accurate, timely reporting that enables informed decision-making.

  • Established governance processes that improve visibility and reduce risk.

  • Built strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Transformation, and Programme teams.

  • Introduced ideas and improvements that make the PMO more effective and scalable.

  • Leveraged AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround times.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in a PMO or project coordination role within a fast-paced environment.

  • Working knowledge of project controls, planning, and reporting processes.

  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure.

  • Curiosity and confidence to adopt new technologies, including AI-driven tools.
