Day-to-Day of the Role:

• Oversee a specific programme within our online portfolio, ensuring high-quality design, delivery, and operation.
• Lead the first module of the programme and line manage module leads.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Online and various faculties to ensure the programme delivers an excellent student experience and meets recruitment targets.
• Utilize leadership skills to motivate module teams and foster effective collaboration with university stakeholders.
• Guide the programme's strategic direction and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and policy requirements for higher education.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in an academic role, specifically in Business Analytics.
• Proven expertise in programme and module design, particularly in a fully online environment.
• Strong understanding of the quality, regulatory, and policy requirements in higher education.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and leading strategic initiatives.
