The vacancy: Are you passionate about counselling education and ready to lead a dynamic undergraduate programme? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Programme Lead to manage and deliver our BA (Hons) Integrative Counselling programme at UCNL. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of counselling education, working collaboratively across the DN Colleges Group to enhance student experience and academic excellence. As Programme Lead, you will oversee curriculum planning, team coordination, quality assurance, and student engagement, while also contributing to teaching and learning. You will join a supportive and innovative team committed to delivering high-quality higher education in a caring and inclusive environment.

Actual Salary: £19,675.83 - £24,904.87 per annum
Working Pattern: Wednesday, Thursday (8:30am - 5:00pm) and Friday (8:30am - 4:00pm) 21.5 hours per week
