Introduction

We are a specialist recruitment firm representing a confidential client in the premium media and experiences sector. The business operates a high impact digital environment with large format inventory, welcoming blue chip advertisers and leading agencies. The focus is on programmatic growth, brand partnerships, and data driven innovation.

The Role

Lead programmatic revenue growth, shape the go to market strategy, build executive relationships with DSPs and platforms, and establish the proposition as a category leader. Work cross functionally with commercial, product, and ad ops to refine inventory, packaging, and delivery, consistently exceeding ambitious targets.

Responsibilities
  • Own and scale strategic DSP partnerships, identify and onboard new partners, deliver against revenue objectives, report on sell through and conversion
  • Develop programmatic ready media kits, proposals, and executive presentations, respond to platform requirements with pace and clarity
  • Map and engage senior stakeholders across DSPs, ad exchanges, and buying platforms, negotiate and finalise high value agreements
  • Enable internal teams on programmatic workflows and best practices, uplift client experience end to end
  • Track market trends and the competitive landscape, provide insight led recommendations to leadership
You, Skills and Experience
  • 5 to 7 years in programmatic sales selling to DSPs across DOOH, CTV, or omnichannel, with a proven record of exceeding targets
  • We are very open to senior profiles with deeper track records in building and scaling programmatic revenue streams
  • Strong network of programmatic planners and buyers at agencies and OOH specialists, confident commercial strategist, highly collaborative with ad ops
  • Deep knowledge of RTB and OpenRTB, open exchange and PMP in DOOH or CTV, guaranteed and non guaranteed buys, and direct deal brokering
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation, consultative and adaptable in fast paced, target driven environments, data driven approach
  • Able to start within two weeks of offer
