A leading legal services firm in Bristol is looking for a Professional Support Lawyer/Trainer specializing in Employment Law or Landlord & Tenant Law. This role incorporates training and mentoring, allowing you to shape the development of a team of Legal Advisors. Professional Support Lawyer/Trainer – Employment Law or Landlord & Tenant Law | Bristol (Hybrid)
This is a chance to step into a role that shapes the future of legal advice delivery at one of the UK’s most progressive legal services businesses. The firm is going through a period of positive growth and change, and we are seeking someone with real technical strength in either Employment Law or Landlord & Tenant Law who also has a passion for developing people. This role blends subject matter expertise with training and mentoring, giving you the chance to guide and grow a team of Legal Advisors who sit on the frontline of the Legal Advice service.
Based in central Bristol, working on a hybrid basis (typically three days in the office). Travel to the South of Wales is part of the role, usually a couple of times a month. The role is ideally full-time, with part-time considered if you can commit to at least four days a week.
You’ll be supported with development opportunities to progress leadership skills or deepen technical expertise within a business that puts people first—customers and employees.
