Overview

Production Supervisor – Workshop Based, commutable from Sheffield, Rotherham, Worksop, Chesterfield, Dronfield and surrounding areas.

Highly competitive salary (to be discussed at prescreen stage) + Days Based Shift (Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, 39.5hrs) + Early finish on Friday (7:30am-1:00pm) + Holiday + Pension + Company Benefits (EAP, Bike2Work, Referral Scheme).

The ideal candidate will be someone who has a background in management/ supervisor, experience working in manufacturing and knowledge of lean or improvement methods.

The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to oversee the production department and ensure that all H&S, KPIs and Quality standards are being met across the company site. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to their own mark and work alongside senior management to implement improvement projects longer term.

• Production Supervisor / Workshop Manager / Machining Supervisor, Manufacturing Team Leader
• Management experience from a production/manufacturing background
• Knowledge and experience of lean and/or improvement methods in manufacturing
• Have managed stock control and supply
