Project Manager – Events & Production - Manchester/ Hybrid

Competitive salary (flexible depending on experience) | UK & International Travel

Are you an experienced events or production professional who excels in a fast-paced, creative environment?

I’m super excited to be partnered with a thrivingproduction company in Greater Manchester who are making some serious waves in the world of events. Due to an epic events calendar which is packed out with incredible projects for the foreseeable, this up and coming team are growing and on the hunt for a sensational Project Manager.

This is an fab opportunity to deliver high-profile, large-scale events for a world-class client portfolio including some of the biggest names in retail, automotive, lifestyle, corporate, and even celebrity icons.

The day to day:
  • Leading project delivery from planning to execution, ensuring seamless end-to-end logistics for all aspects of event production
  • Coordinating technical teams across audio, visual, staging, and set design
  • Preparing quotes, kit lists, creating schedules, overseeing warehouse logistics pre-event
  • Working on floor plans (CAD experience is a bonus, but not essential)
  • Being onsite for builds, rehearsals, and live events – both UK and international
  • Acting as a key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service
About you:
  • Strong background in events or production management
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable in client-facing roles
  • Organised and calm under pressure, with superb problem solving skills, prioritisation skills and a highly solutions focused attitude
  • Flexible to travel for live events (UK and overseas) – a driving licence is highly desirable
  • Technical knowledge of AV / staging / production is beneficial, but not essential
