Overview

Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for our client - a leading contact manufacturer of global health and beauty products. Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Alton.

Responsibilities

• Run line equipment to support the production of healthcare, toiletry, and pharmaceutical products.
• Support other production line personnel in achieving the targeted output.
• Work within clearly defined processes and procedures and product specifications and standards.
• Ensure full compliance with Quality, Health and Safety at Work, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.

Working hours and pay

• Full-time role working 7 shifts in a 2-week period, every second weekend.
• Hours: 10:00–22:00 (days) or 22:00–10:00 (nights).
• Pay: Days £13.90 per hour; Nights £14.76 per hour.
• Overtime: Days £20.01 per hour; Nights £20.87 per hour.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Happy to work in a busy warehouse environment; able to work well alone and as part of a team.
• Physically active with bending, lifting and basic manual handling on the shop floor; comfortable standing for the duration of the shift.
• Experience as a Production Operative is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
