Overview

We are currently recruiting production operatives, to work with one of our clients based in Norwich. Start ASAP after completing induction and training.

Salary

Salary: £12.21 - £13.74 Per hour depending on the experience.

Job Duties

• Carry out production tasks as directed by the line manager
• Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow strict health and safety guidelines at all times
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process
• Packaging and labelling of finished products
• Maintain a clean and organised work area

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience working in a food factory
• Good English language skills

Experience

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable

Knowledge And Skills

• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail

Working Conditions

The role may involve standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a noisy environment. Personal protective equipment will be provided.

Working hours: 7am to 7pm DAY shift. or 7pm to 7am Night shift.

4 to 5 days in a week availability.

Weekend availability.
