Responsibilities

• Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently to produce automotive bumpers.
• Load and unload moulding tools, materials, and components following work instructions.
• Support painting line operations, including preparation and handling of painted parts.
• Carry out basic assembly or finishing tasks such as trimming and fitting clips.
• Ensure correct use and care of tools and equipment.

Part-Time Production Operative – Mould Bumper Manufacturing

Location: Measham, DE12 7DS
Hours: 16 hours per week (Monday - Thursday)

• Shift Option 1 - 1:30pm - 5:30pm (Potential mandatory overtime from 5.30pm - 7.30pm, depending on customer demands)
• Shift Option 2 - 1:00am - 3:00pm (Potential mandatory overtime from 3.00pm - 5.00pm, depending on customer demands)

Pay Rate: £12.41

About the Role

We are looking for reliable, hardworking Production Operative to join our team in Measham, working within our mould bumper production department. You will assist in the manufacturing process, ensure products meet quality standards, and help maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently to produce automotive bumpers to specification.
• Load and unload moulding tools, materials, and components following work instructions.
• Support painting line operations, including preparation, hanging, de-masking, and handling of painted parts.
• Carry out basic assembly or finishing tasks such as trimming, fitting clips, or attaching brackets.
• Ensure correct use and care of tools and equipment.
