Production Operatives Deeside Industrial Estate, near Chester | £12.21 per hour | Rotating or Fixed Shifts | Temporary Ongoing Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join our client, a well-established manufacturing company based on Deeside Industrial Estate, near Chester.

This is an ongoing opportunity offering immediate starts for reliable and hardworking candidates.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the safe, high-quality production and packing of goods ready for distribution.

Key Duties: Operate both automated and part-automated production lines.

Efficiently and accurately pack and label products.

Maintain work areas to safe, clean, and organised standards.

Continuously check product and packaging quality, reporting any concerns to your line manager.

Keep machines supplied with packaging materials and labels to maintain production flow.

Shift Patterns: We have both occasional/ad-hoc shifts and fixed shift patterns available: Rotating shifts - 4 days followed by 4 nights (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00). Fixed day or night shifts also available.

Ad-hoc shifts - 06:00-18:00 or 18:00-06:00. Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (Day Rate). Requirements: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.

Good attention to detail and quality standards.

Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Willingness to work rotating or fixed shifts.
