Overview

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for a client based in Brigg. This role begins in a temporary position but may lead to a more continuous position, after a period of time, for the right candidate.

Location - Brigg

Shifts - Rotating pattern: Week 1 - Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm; Week 2 - Mon-Thurs, 2pm-12am

Pay - £12.86 per hour

Skills

  • Experience of using a CNC machine would be advantageous.
  • Experience of workings as a Machine Operative/ in a similar environment
  • Experienced in working in a Warehousing/ Production environment or a similar role.
  • You must be happy to work in a team and individually where flexibility will be required across different departments where training will be given.
  • You'll be happy to work on a rotating shift-pattern with the above hours.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Daily inspection at the start and end of your shift to ensure that any issues are raised, fixed or troubleshooted for any equipment/ machines that you might be using.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately so that all production is recorded correctly.
  • Work within a team, and individually, to ensure maximum output.
  • Be a Team Player—further duties may need your help across the team so a degree of flexibility is required.
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety across Site.
