Production Manager Woodworking & CNC Machining
Location: Meir, Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000
Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing production of finished board products
• Leading a 30-strong team across multiple shifts
• Ensuring quality control, timely output, and machine upkeep
• Identifying process improvements and reducing waste
• Reporting KPIs and supporting senior leadership
