Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in RF testing, fault finding, rework, and high‑quality assembly.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with good numeracy and literacy.
• Proactive team player with excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of ESD and FOD best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing on complex electro‑mechanical products.
• Generate and update work instructions and test schedules.
• Support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Inspect and verify own work, resolving quality issues.
