Job description
Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a Product Marketing Manager to join a long-established medical device company based in the South East, developing and supplying innovative solutions that make a real difference in patient care. You’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of specialised medical devices, guiding them from early market testing to full commercial launch — and then keeping them relevant. That means getting involved in strategy and messaging, pricing, sales enablement, and post-market analysis. The team is collaborative, down-to-earth, and genuinely supportive, with a close-knit culture where people tend to stay long term.

What you’ll be doing

In this varied role, you will report to the Global Marketing Director and work closely with sales, regulatory, R&D and external agencies. You may script a product video, brief a PR team, or speak with clinicians about what’s working and what isn’t.

  • Analyze usage data, sales feedback and market research to shape future direction
  • Present internally and externally on product positioning and value
  • Work with agencies on campaigns and PR where relevant
  • Help ensure product availability and regulatory compliance
  • Attend UK clinics and events weekly and travel internationally (mainly Europe or the US) on a monthly basis
