A specialist app development company is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to market strategy for a key brand. The role involves planning strategies for new features, conducting competitive analysis, and leveraging AI in marketing campaigns. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of product marketing experience and a strong understanding of AI in the marketing landscape. The role:
This is tech and AI at its finest. Our client is a specialist app development company which helps ecommerce brands grow, and over 60% of their business growth comes from their product marketing and associated campaigns. In this Product Marketing Manager role you will own the go-to market strategy, positioning and storytelling for one of their key brands – it will be up to you to define how their cutting-edge reaches the market, across all touchpoints. You’ll plan and execute all strategies for new features, integrations and AI updates, working with the Product, Sales and Growth teams to build unified launch plans designed to drive adoption and measurable impact.
You’ll undertake comprehensive competitive analysis and customer research in a world of eCommerce and AI which is an ever-evolving landscape, and you’ll use those insights to shape campaign strategy. You’ll also create impactful content – whether that be sales decks, one-pagers, demo scripts or feature explainers – anything which will assist commercial teams. Additionally, you’ll develop educational materials and customer stories showcasing trust, engagement and growth.
You’ll also work with the Growth team to experiment with AI in campaign testing, audience segmentation, and personalised messaging, and will continually measure the performance of all initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
This role will be perfect for someone who has a strong understanding of AI in marketing or customer experience and has worked within a SaaS, eCommerce or specifically Shopify sector, but you’ll also need to have at least 3 years’ experience within product marketing. This is a role where they’re looking for someone to grow and develop, so you won’t necessarily be the ‘finished article’ and you’ll be given lots of support to learn and understand the product. You must have proven experience of launching products to market as well as continual campaigns to drive engagement.
The role will initially be stand-alone, but the plan is to grow the team to include the management of a junior, possibly in Q2 of 2026.

The role will be based with an amazing group of people in Leicester, and you should expect to be in the office once per week. Salary for the role is c£45k, but there is a real opportunity to develop and increase this salary – this is a business which rewards ambition and success, so if you do well, you won’t be at this level for long.
