What You’ll Do

• Act as the voice of the financial user—translating investment workflows, data needs, and pain points into product ideas and features.
• Analyze product usage patterns, conduct user research, and generate insights that drive roadmap priorities.
• Help design and test AI agents that assist with financial tasks like modeling, benchmarking, diligence, and data extraction.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and design to shape intuitive, high-leverage product experiences for institutional users.
• Develop and maintain frameworks for prioritizing features based on impact, complexity, and customer value.
• Identify gaps in the product through your firsthand understanding of how analysts and investors actually work.

What You’ll Need

• 2–5 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, private equity, or a similarly analytical, high-stakes financial role.
• Strong grasp of financial statements, valuation methodologies, industry modeling, and capital markets.
• Excellent analytical skills—you’re as comfortable pulling insights from data as you are from user interviews or market signals.
• Clear communicator with the ability to interface across technical and non-technical teams.
• Bonus: experience in product, fintech, or working closely with technical teams (not required, but a plus).
