Job description

Job Title : ProcessOperative

Location : Trafford Park (M17)

2 Days 2 Nights 6-off shift pattern (4 on 6 off) (6 : 30am-18 : 30pm vice versa)

Pay Rate : £15.41 per hour

Overtime available from £23.12 per hour

Temp to perm for the right candidates

Process Operative Roles & Responsibilities;

Work within Company's safety standards with a responsibility for others

Run the machine(s) and watch the process and if necessary, adjust according to Company's Continuous Improvement Systems

Consult with Team Leader or skilled operators if required

Order and prepare raw materials / or products for palletising and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating Procedures

Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well as with other persons involved in running the machine

Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation

Support others in operating activities

Secure the quality level of the products

Complete all required documentation and data files during production

The Successful Candidate;

The right candidate must have a can-do attitude and be keen to learn new skills. Manufacturing experience is preferred. Full training will be provided from first day.

Previous machine operating / manufacturing experience is preferred

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive in using Health & Safety practices in your day to day work

Enjoy problem solving and troubleshooting

Paying attention to detail

Must hold a valid and in date FLT Counterbalance licence
