Responsibilities
  • Define, improve (based on operational feedback and local inputs), and lead the deployment of the process in the local area, ensuring adequate resources and a robust link to local Operational Managers.
  • Provide essential local inputs for the Risk Mitigation Plan, Process Performance measurements, resource model, and process referential documentation.
  • Serve as the local channel for process improvement by providing feedback to the Process Management Team, supporting Change Request Management, and implementing necessary changes and adjustments after deployment.
  • Provide and support cost improvement actions (analysis, concept creation, technical solutions) and perform Benchmarking activities (internal and external) to benefit the organization.
  • Contribute to the overall process maturity and adherence strategies and support internal and external audits (e.g., EASA, EN9100).
Qualifications
  • Aerospace experience.
  • Operational manufacturing background.
  • Some level of proven leadership skills.
  • Some level of quality experience (root cause analysis and investigations).
  • Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
