I’d like to speak with a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Wills, Trusts and Probate, for an opportunity to join a highly regarded firm with a strong reputation for client care and workplace wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload including Wills, Estate Administration, LPAs, Deeds of Variation, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts, supported by a dedicated team of Paralegals and Administrators.
  • Work across two offices in Plymouth, with flexibility to work from home part of the week once following an initial period.

  • Excellent client care skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
