We're partnering with a well-established, highly regarded firm that's looking to welcome a Private Client Lawyer to their growing team. In this role, you'll handle a varied and stimulating caseload, with a strong focus on high-net-worth clients. You'll advise on complex Probate matters, draft bespoke Wills, manage Lasting Powers of Attorney and provide strategic guidance on Trusts and estate planning.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload for high-net-worth clients with care and precision
• Prepare, review and advise on complex Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney
• Provide clear, compassionate guidance throughout the Probate process
• Build and nurture long-standing, trusted client relationships

Requirements

• You will be a Qualified solicitor with ideally 5+ PQE
• Committed team player with excellent client care skills
• Ability to handle client matters with sensitivity and empathy
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, initiative and sound judgement
