PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR – 2+ PQE
Location: Milton Keynes, Bucks
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000

QED Legal is recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a highly regarded, top-tier law firm in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to progress within a supportive and successful private client team.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload covering all aspects of private client work, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Powers of Attorney
• Trusts and Trust administration
• Personal taxation (including Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax)

The role also includes a supervisory element, providing opportunities for leadership and career progression.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a solicitor who:

• Has 1+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
• Is confident handling a full caseload across Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Tax matters
• Ideally holds or is working towards a STEP or SFE qualification
