Opportunity to join one of Yorkshires most highly respected independent commercial insurance brokerages, established over 100 years and with a very low staff turnover and an enviable level of client retention.

This role is within the private client’s team, providing personal insurance to their large commercial and corporate client base. This could be motor, household, and travel, personal accident, medium and high net worth, holiday homes, classic cars, antiques and fine arts etc.

In this role you will have regular contact with both clients and insurers, providing new quotations, making amendments to existing policies, market and negotiating renewals etc. Ideal applicants will have a good all round knowledge of personal lines insurances and be naturally included to provide an exceptional level of customer service.

Applicants will be professional, with excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. Previous use of Acturis would be very useful, however, system training can be provided. CII study support will be fully provided.

This client operates on a flexible basis and is able to provide a part home, part office based arrangement. They are conveniently located with plenty of parking.
This role comes with a basic salary up to circa £30k with an excellent benefits package, which includes 27 days holiday, a generous pension and an annual bonus.
