Do you want to be part of a team delivering local transport improvements in communities across East Sussex? In this role you will make a real difference to the ways in which our residents and visitors travel to and from work, shopping, leisure and education, by delivering schemes that encourage more sustainable, active journeys and, in doing so, support the local economy and reduce carbon emissions. You'll join a team working to identify, prioritise and develop schemes that support the East Sussex Local Transport Plan objectives. You'll work with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders. You'll manage the delivery of local transport schemes ranging from road crossings, through to cycle routes and improvements for people using the bus.
