Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience in people analytics or a related data leadership role.
• Proven ability to design and scale people analytics systems from the ground up.
• Strong technical skills with SQL, PostgreSQL, Python, Tableau and AWS.
• Experience mentoring and developing analytics teams.
• Fluency in English.

We’re looking for a principal people data analyst to build a world‑class analytics foundation and partner closely with senior leadership in our Tallinn office. • Lead the rebuild of Pipedrive’s people analytics foundation using modern tools and automation
